2. Use of the App / Website

• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to, interfering with its operation, attempting to access non-public areas, or using it for illegal purposes.

Eczemy operates a search utility and task manager. It may link, refer, and cite information, but is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not responsible for the information provided and for any damages or harm done by any information displayed on the website / app. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Use our app, website, and service at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damages or harm done by using our app, website or services.

5. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eczemy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the app; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Subscriptions and Renewal

Auto-Renewal:
Your Eczemy subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The renewal will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the same price as your original subscription unless otherwise stated.

Managing Subscriptions:
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store. Once a subscription period begins, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

Trial Period:
If you are offered a free trial, your account will automatically be charged for the subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Changes to Subscription Pricing:
We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. If the price changes, we will notify you in advance, and your subscription will automatically renew at the new price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refunds:
All subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for any partial subscription periods.

11. Usage of Eczema Search
By using the “Eczema search” / “trigger search” / “Eczema Care Plan” feature you agree to the following: “Eczemy serves as an intelligent eczema search tool and task manager, and does not provide medical advice. Please refer to a doctor for professional medical guidance.” You also agree that your Email address will be collected, and saved in a list for marketing purposes. You can opt out of the list by requesting to unsubscribe using the “Contact Support” feature on our website.
